Dear Paul, Thank you so much for helping me deal with my situation. My Jeep was towed to your shop after it overheated on 695. It is a blessing it died where it did because I google searched nearby repair shops and I am truly blessed that your shop was the closest. I know I would not have had as great of an experience at any other shop. I appreciate your honesty and sense of humor more than you'll ever know. Your shop is top notch! Your staff is knowledgeable and skillful and I enjoyed working with you all. Thank you for being patient with me and for helping me sort out my problem. You told me your shop only fixes something once and this really resonates with me not only because it's a strong statement but I feel confident that kind of mentality should be adopted by every service shop. It can be intimidating, as a women, to visit an auto shop, but NOT at your shop! I felt right at home! Thank you for being so accommodating! Thank you for affording me time and money! I can't thank you enough for looking out for me as if I were family. I will recommend you and your shop to everyone!
