I was immediately put at ease by the prompt and courteous reply to my online request for a service appointment. I listed several items to be covered and your willingness to discuss each of them with me, at length, (and the fact that you actually listened) set the benchmark far and above any previous experience I have had at the dealer or other advertised place. Calling me frequently with updates was very much appreciated, and the fact that you would not proceed with any additional work without my approval is a very appealing quality of well-conducted business. I am very much looking forward to the next time I have to have my car in for service because I know that the best work will be done in the most timely manner on that which is most necessary.
